Application Process 

The firm is now looking for proven professionals to assist with the elevation of the firm to the next level. These Partners must meet the firm’s value proposition, be capable of representing the firm effectively and grasping the firm’s VALUE Encounter™ methodology.  

As a result, the focus is now turning to the selection and induction of new Partners with a collegian work ethic and a desire to earn income in the $A150,000 to $A300,000 p.a plus range.  

The due diligence process enables both parties to establish if nem is the right path and one which will deliver each respective party’s reasonable expectations. All partners must undertake the firm’s formal induction program and on-boarding program, and this can be undertaken as part of the due-diligence process under certain circumstances. The program provides an outline of the firm’s unique approach, the intellectual property of the firm and concentrates on providing each Partner with their positioning. This is primarily their underlying reasons for joining the firm, where they are positioned within the firm and how to position the wider capability of nem.
