I enjoy helping professional services firms increase revenue and services to what clients genuinely need. Working with our Partners and their clients gives me unique insights into the SME. I'm always surprised and delighted by the results and it’s a real privilege for me to help along the way.  

I am passionate about helping clients unlock the hidden potential of their businesses and their networks. I have overseen the growth of the firm since inception. Client engagements included a variety of private and publicly listed businesses, not for profit organisations in addition to roles on advisory boards and Directorships.  

What is different about nem work is that, as I tell my friends ‘I do not work for a living’. Each client is different, has different objectives and requires different solutions to get to where they want to be. This variety makes the work challenging and interesting.  

Trusted Advisor is not a title, it is earned through delivering results and having hard discussions that challenge clients to achieve. I am fortunate to enjoy long-standing client relationships. Most projects are complex and long-term, relying on trusted relationships amongst partners, suppliers and most importantly, clients.  

nem has taken me to many new and exciting areas. I enjoy working within a diverse range of businesses and seeing them benefit from our professional input. Through my extensive experience in the agriculture sector,  I now support family businesses, facilitation of meetings, project management & governance.

Day-to-day joy comes from being able to work with the owners and management of businesses to solve problems. Experience with large business strategy and operations from a diverse collection of industry sectors, today allows me to support SMEs who otherwise could not access this depth of knowledge. 

My time at nem has been a wonderful opportunity and provided the perfect vehicle to leverage my skills, learnings and experience across Australia's healthcare sector.

nem reflects how I like to do business and how to help businesses fulfil their potential.  It is uniquely collaborative, iterative and positive.  The range and scale of clients is amazing and this brings both very broad and also some niche experiences to the team that I can utilise in my work in the APAC Industrial sector.  

I am regularly amazed at the diverse and deep experience and knowledge of the nem partners. It has been richly rewarding to join with many of them on assignments. It has also been a great experience to merge nem processes and techniques with my own business experience and adapt to SME clients’ needs.
