What that means in practice is that we get the right person for any engagement either from within nem and its broad skillset or, if there’s not a fit, using external resources.

Because all our work comes through referrals or from being on approved panels, we don’t focus on one type of client. We work across a broad spectrum—from privately owned businesses to large corporates, government initiatives, not-for-profits, industry associations, and even offshore enterprises and government projects.
No matter who the client is almost everything starts off with a complimentary chat so that we can see if we can help. From here we may even do another meeting to scope out what's required and again this is complimentary. We usually then undertake a critical assessment to uncover the real issues not just the symptoms and then come up with a project plan to address the most pressing issues. We will agree this with the client and what resources are required usually trying to empower the internal resources and existing external service providers as much as possible. We will clearly set the expectations on outcomes and make it measurable and regularly review these to hold ourselves to account and ensure the client is getting what they need.

Our approach is usually that you only need a maximum of three days per week to get this done and not incur the expense of a full time interim or project person.
