Noel has worked in a variety of commercially focused finance roles mainly in the manufacturing sector before moving into senior commercial roles within an industrial packaging division of Amcor and then moving into the professional services sector. 

Noel has held Commercial Manager and General Manager roles in organisations operating in packaging, engineering and automotive component sectors. 


John McKinstry

Lead Partner (National) 

John has held Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer roles for major organisations operating in the printing, packaging, textile, clothing and footwear sectors.

John also serves on a number of boards and advisory boards of private businesses that have evolved through not-for-profit activities, client engagements and direct investment participation. 


Gary Ayre

Gary is an experienced, hands on, CEO with over 25 years operating in senior executive, board level roles.
