Having established the Hotel, Tourism & Leisure cluster within nem in 2013, David applies his skills consulting on strategy, concept development, operator selection, commercial deal negotiation, asset optimisation, acquisition due diligence and disposal. David is a CPA with a degree In hotel management.

Ian Knight

Previously a partner at KPMG, Ian has over 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisition, with total sales exceeding A$5B covering many different industries. Ian has held senior positions in accounting, insurance, banking and investment banking.  His skills cover capital raising for resort developments, preparation of property business plan and feasibility, funding and funding assessments for hotel developments.

Kerry commenced her career with Queensland Tourism before making the transition to the hotel industry where she gained extensive experience in leadership roles from budget to luxury hotels, small independent hotels to large hotel chains.
