Mark has extensive experience in the retail financial services industry across a variety of sectors with global marketing agencies; WPP (London) and Leo Burnett (Sydney), and with a number of global industry leaders including; American Express, Zurich and IAG.
With a background in strategic marketing and business development Mark has developed extensive expertise in defining customer and market dynamics, via the interrogation and interpretation of sophisticated data analytics and market research, which has been used to inform decisions and to leverage engagement with stakeholders across the entire retail value chain.
A lawyer by profession, David is a retail specialist in business growth and organisational transformation. Over the last 25 years, David has led/supported the migration, growth and transformation of several leading global retails brands in Australia and the Pacific Rim. He brings to nem a strong background in retail and is a champion of customer service/client insights. David also has a successful track record backed by innovation, strategic thinking and positive sector disruption.
Previously a partner at KPMG, Ian has over 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisition, with total sales exceeding A$5B covering many different industries. Ian has held senior positions in accounting, insurance, banking and investment banking. His skills cover capital raising for resort developments, preparation of property business plan and feasibility, funding and funding assessments for hotel developments.
Jo has been at the forefront of the emerging regenerative medicines, well-being and medi-spa sectors as they have expanded globally from a purely clinical to consumer retail experience. She commenced her professional career in the pharmaceuticals industry before extending into regenerative medicines - both biological and surgical - and saw her involvement in the emerging noninvasive cosmetics industry as it established itself as a significant growth sector in the UK and globally.
