The retail sector is a fundamental economic driver in all Australasian markets and plays a significant role as a vehicle for social change, technological development and market disruption. Having withstood numerous disruptions over the last 20 years, retail has remained a vibrant, adaptable and dynamic industry sector.

Successful retail businesses and successful retail centres need to remain agile, perceptive to market disruptions, be aware of the impact of technology and most importantly, have an intimate knowledge of the changing needs of its customer base.
